We prize rigour, fieldwork, and forensic analysis over opinion.
For colleagues, clients, and communities · across every difference.
Honest with our findings, even when they are uncomfortable.
We transfer capability so clients sustain change after we leave.
Multidisciplinary teams, single mission.
Continuous learning baked into every engagement.

We ask volunteers to commit to a minimum of five hours per week. We are also looking for new Trustees and Advisory Board members to enhance ICOCO with key skills such as legal, business, change management, and marketing.
